Chief People Officer joins the Aker family

We are delighted to welcome Tessa Raum to the Aker family. Tessa will be Aker’s first Chief People Officer and underlines our commitment to fully supporting our people.

Tessa joins us most recently from Colt Technology, where she was EVP of HR for the 5,500-person company, helping them drive an agile culture and transition from telco to techco.  Prior to that, Tessa worked at several smaller companies in the technology industry – including eMoney Advisor, Beyond (now Nexxt) and Analytical Graphics, Inc – where she specialised in scaling the people function during times of small business hyper-growth, with a focus on recruitment, retention, culture and employee experience.
