Kicking off the New Year

As has become traditional, we started this year by getting all employees together in London, to strengthen team connections and provide as much detail as possible to everyone in terms of how Aker is currently serving client requirements across our engagements. Our June events, coinciding with the beginning our financial year, concentrate on transparency around performance, objectives, and a refresh around our vision and values.

For our January get-together we focussed on the theme of ‘opportunity’ – hearing from a range of Board members, clients, and Partners as to how they view both Aker and the myriad opportunities to continue to grow that we are currently considering.
