Tessa has over 20 years of experience in human resources with a strong track record in scaling up SaaS and technology businesses as well as executive experience in the global telco and fintech spaces. Tessa holds a Master's Degree in Industrial/Organisational Psychology and is a CIPD Chartered Fellow.
Career highlights include building and scaling the HR function for a rapidly growing SaaS company that tripled in size over three years and leading a 150-person HR team for a global, €1.2bn revenue company. Tessa is passionate about the role people play in the success of businesses of any size and leads with the belief that employees are a company's greatest asset.
